What is not included
- The monthly time allowance expires at the end of the month; extra work only after approval.
- No 24/7 availability and no unlimited changes.
- Hosting, domain, SSL, licences and larger repairs are charged separately.
- The emergency analysis is an initial troubleshooting without guaranteed recovery.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to unused time in the care plan?
The allowance applies per month and expires at the end of the month. Larger changes are offered separately.
Is hosting included in the care plan?
No. Hosting, domain, SSL and licences are billed separately. The first publication on a provided hosting platform can be booked as a separate service.
Is there round-the-clock availability?
No. The care plans do not include 24/7 availability. Urgent jobs are handled subject to availability.
